Leopard Creek Golf Estate lies next to the Crocodile River on the eastern edge of the Kruger National Park.  The Estate boasts a highly efficient security detail, with a state of the art CCTV surveillance control room.
EC4 are commissioned on an annual basis to coach and train the control operations staff, and evaluate control operations systems.  Bruce was on site from Wednesday 8th October for four days, and a very successful and developmental time was spent with the team.
Many thanks to Manager Pottie for the hosting and support

Congratulations to Alfred, Simanga, Sobelo, Sunday and Geoffrey on passing the course and being competent Control Room Operators

Specialised Sevices

EC4 is currently at the forefront of a drive to implement effective and innovative emergency planning in retirement villages, homes and frailcare centres.  The aged and infirm are one of South Africa's primary special needs groups, which include the vision and hearing impaired categories.
Evacuations are a particular challenge for staff and residents in this environment, and sadly, hazards like fires lead to injury and loss of life if planning and training are not thorough and well practised.  EC4 have experienced disaster management planners, and a Registered Nurse providing specialist technical input.  We are currently assisting three major retirement and specialised needs organisations with there emergency management programs in the Cape Town area.

Stay tuned for more on this project

Congrats to Irene on an excellent distinction during assessment - 94%

Bruce has been spending time at Pearl Valley Golf and Country Estate creating a sustainable Health and Safety Programme, including compliance, training, emergency planning and safety leadership development.  We will be a regular feature at the estate as the appointed consultants.

Now what better place to spend a day!
Great news! EC4 welcomes Chevonne Thomson as Sales, Marketing and Administration Assistant.
Having her on board has added significantly to our speed and service.
Now we just need to get a photo for the blog!
